25th (No.7874/1916) in regard to the registered cable
address of the American Express Company.
While I am sorry to know that you have been unable
to give complete satisfaction to the petitioners, I am
glad to know that until the American Express Company can
instruct their correspondents, they will be permitted to
receive telegrame addressed to "Amexco Hong Kong.
